Previewing Websites

Hi,

I have all my images set to /images/imagename.ext When I preview the site
all my images are broken as it uses a virtual directory when testing such as
http://localhost/virtualdir/default.aspx

Is there a way to get around this?

Hello James,

Do you use the http://localhost/virtualdir/images/imagename.ext path for
your images?
Or ~\images\imagename?

Hi Michael

I use \images\image.ext

The one I come up with allows me to develop applications as if I was
developing in root.
Take a look at this article

In a nutshell it makes you virtauldir a root of the website.
