Whilst writing a query, is it possible to preview the data
as you select fields out of tables and add criteria? This
is available in Microsoft Query, and I find it very useful
as I'm not always sure what is in the fields!

Thanks a lot.

Just cick on the button with the red exclamation point in the toolbar at the top
to run the query.

Thanks. I'd got that one, but this is not a 'live' query -
ie you have to do it each time you change something. The
preview screen in MSQuery changes as you add/remove fields
or criteria.

Any other ideas?
