Reposting this as the previous response didn't relate to this particular
problem.

The Print Preview/Setup button has stopped working on all my spreadsheets. I
have Excel 2000 9.0.6926 SP-3, and have repaired/reinstalled and updated. No
problem with the workbooks when transferred to a friend's machine with Excel
97.

Any suggestions gratefully received.

What is the default Printer?

Do you have any Printer listed in Start>Settings>Printers and Faxes?

Thanks for the suggestion, but I don't think there's a problem there.
Printer is Canon i850, but I've also switched default printer to a HP
Deskjet 895C which doesn't resolve the problem. These are the only two
printers listed.
In Print Preview, the Zoom, Print, Margins etc buttons all work - it's just
Setup that doesn't.

From the PrintPreview screen, only *some* options in SetUp are operational.
Notably, the top half of the TAB page is inoperable.

Access the SetUp screen from
<File> <PageSetUp>
In order to have *all* commands available.

Again, thanks for the suggestion, but I'm afraid that doesn't work either.
And it's intriguing that accessing SetUp through Print Preview worked fine
until a few weeks ago.

For some totally inexplicable reason, since late yesterday my Preview/Setup
button is working. I just hope it stays that way!

Thanks again for the help offered.
