Preview Programme

I'm new to this, so I hope my question is not too confusing. I am looking to
create a preview programme on Frontpage for Number/ Licence Plates; so people
can create their own Number plate and email it to me. I have been told that
Frontpage can create this, but cannot seem to find it. Has anybody any help
on this subject? It would be graetly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
 
FrontPage has preview functionality, but that's for previewing a page in a
browser. It does have the ability to have a form that sends an email to you
with the responses to the form fields, but it's not very fancy and requires
your host to have the FrontPage Server Extensions installed on their web
server in order to handle the form and email it.

Could you provide more details on how you see the process turning out, that
would help us know where to lead you. You may have to resort to having a
custom script written if you want to do things such as show different number
plate style that a user selects combined with user-entered text/numbers.

I need to offer people in drop down menues font styles/borders/logos etc
as seen in www.autoxtra.co.uk for example
If i need a script written for this how do i go about it or is there someone
who can do it for me?, is this a frontpage script or something else?
