Preview Pain

When I click on a post in mews. In the preview pain I get click here to
download message.
Is there a way to have the post appear in preview pain ,when I click on
post??

If I click 2 times it opens in a new window.

The posts that do not open when I click once are the posts, that have been
marked (read).
When I click on a post that was not read or just downloaded it opens in
Pane, with one click.

In the menu TOOLS - OPTIONS - SEND make sure the box is checked for
"Automatically download messages when viewed in the preview pane."
