I have seen sites with pop up windows when visitors try to right click....you
can put whatever text you want in the pop up window.....

And you can still grab the image, as well as the entire page content.

Try your browser's File Menu | Save As command.
Try the Print Screen key
Look in your browser's cache folder
Turn off JavaScript, then visit the page again
etc.

I have seen sites with pop up windows when visitors try to right click....you
can put whatever text you want in the pop up window.....

So have I. Send me the URL, and I'll send you the image.

Among other methods:

1. Turning off java script disables that "No right click" script.

2. "Print Screen" captures the image, which can then be pasted into a
graphics program.

3. The image is in your "Temporary Internet Files" folder as soon as you
see it, and can be accessed from there,

etc.

As Tom said, It can NOT be done, no matter how many times you ask. (BTW,
this question is asked about twice a day, if you look through the other
messages in this group, you'll see many responses like this, including
those to your earlier message.)

Thanks for your help....I know that you can still save the image..I do it all
the time....but just to shut this guy up who owns the right to the pic , I
wanted to know how to create those pop up windows....

Thanks a million......

If he owns the photos but doesn't want them
stolen/borrowed/printed/whatevered, then you need to politely tell him to
keep them off of the web.

And I'm still waiting for someone to tell me what pictures are so darned
important that they use that pop-up even tho they do no good.

The best thing to do is watermark the pictures, and if
they want to buy the image then you sell them the image
without a watermark.

You can get the script here:

I'll tell you what such a script WILL do: It will mark your site as having
been designed by an amateur. It will drive people away from your site. And
it will encourage people to copy the pictures.
