Two months and still searching: I cannot find a way to turn off the Microsoft Outlook 2003 "feature" that causes my most recently viewed mailboxes to be listed first in the Navigation Pane of Outlook 2003. This drive's me nuts, as I have a hierarchical list of folders that shows 30 folders at the top level, and I want them ALWAYS to be ALPHABETICAL

I cannot believe that Microsoft unilaterally decided that this is how we all should work, but I CAN believe that I just don't know the trick of finding the information in Help, in Support, or anywhere else. Anybody know the answer?

The only part of the navigation pane that you have near total control over
is the Shortcuts pane.
