I am a lab manager of several labs and want to allow students to install and do whatever they need to do but to have those changes to be undone when they log out of the machine. These machines are running Windows 2000, we cannot use roaming or mandatory profiles as they have different configs in each lab and we use domain machine and user accounts

Thanks in advance
Tim

There is not a way to do this in Windows 2000. One thing that we use at
Microsoft for testing is Microsoft Virtual PC. With it you can configure
to force undo drives but would have to reboot and not just log out.
