Preventing file download without payment

Hello, How I do prevent users from bypassing my secure payment page, and
downloading a file directly from my directory ? Also, how do I prevent
them from downloading a file more than once ? Thankyou
 
This is not a Frontpage issue. If you don't have a secure website for
ordering, there is not much you can do.

You do it by having a program that takes their request and sends them
the file rather than giving them a link to the file. The file they
want is kept in a directory the program has access to, but not the
user. The program decides who gets the file.

There are likely some e-commerce solutions that help with selling
linkable items. They may or may not be affordable.
