Preventing access to Removable media

Hey everyone.

I was curious if there was a way to prevent access to removable
media such as USB pen drives and other similar products. I know you
can prevent the installation of software from that location but is
there a way in Active Directory so that they can prevent using said
device. I could probably do it in the machines bios but that's not
really and option for a few hundred machines.

In Windows XP you can.
