Preventing a site from recalling prior visits

How do you prevent a site from recognizing you when you
return? say you go to ebay and don't want ebay to make
the urls change color that you visited last time you were
there.

The color change for URLs you have visited is not because of Ebay. It's IE
remembering what URLs you have visited.
