Prevent Windows XP User Account from Using All Users\Desktop

I would like to prevent one particular XP user account from creating or
viewing the contents of C:\Documents and Settings\All users\Desktop

Is this possible?

Is it XP Pro. If yes[i am not sure if this will work] :


Control Panel | Folder Options
View tab | Uncheck last item ("Use simple file sharing")
Click OK

Right click All Users\Desktop folder | Properties
Security tab | Select the User name from list
Tick "Deny" on Full Control
