Prevent users on Windows 2000 LAN from Web access

Using a Windows 2000 workgroup and high speed internet
sharing, How can I prevent selected computers from using
the internet?

Try removing TCP/IP from those computers that you don't
want to have internet access!

What if you don't have access to those machines? For
example, someone brings in their laptop from home and
plugs in to the ethernet jack. They can't log onto the
network, but they can still use internet.
