prevent users from deleting entrys in a shared calendar?

I have a shared calendar on exchange 2003. I have a conference room calander
that users use to set up meetings. How do I prevent users from deleting
someone elses meetings?
 
Change the permissions so on the Calendar folder so that no one has Delete
permission.
