Prevent users from accessing the "Create" buttons

I'm sure there's an easy answer for this but I can't find
it. I've tried switchboard and everything else.

In Access 2002, when a database is opened, there are
several objects down the left side, including Tables,
Forms, Reports, etc. In the middle of the dialog box
there are objects such as "Create Table using Wizard"
or "Create Table using Design." I do NOT want my users to
have the ability to use those create buttons. How do I
prevent them from displaying in the dialog box along with
the various Tables and Forms that I have created? Thanks.

Simplest is to just not give users the Database window AT ALL. It's
one of the options in the Tools... Startup dialog. Instead, give them
a switchboard form that lets them use the tools that *you* want them
to use.

A user just knowledgable to be dangerous can really pull a number on a
database if they get into a table datasheet view and start changing
things!

I'll give it a try. I know there's a switchboard wizard
(manager) but I haven't been able to make sense of it
yet. Another go around should do it. Thanks very much.
