Hello all,
When I install a program to my user account on a multiple user machine is
there any way to prevent the shortcuts showing on the other users. I have
admin rights the others are limited accounts.

Yep, easiest way is go to "C:\documents and settings\all users\desktop" and move all the shortcuts that you only want to appear under your account to "C:\documents and setting\USERNAME\desktop" (replace username with your logon name)
Basically anything thats in the all users profile will show up when anyone log's on and anything thats in your specific profile will only show up when you log on.
Thats what I was looking for, a little tedious but it does what I require.
