Anyone know of a way to prevent a form from being printed?
Ah, guess I could remove the toolbars that allow printing and shortcut
menus too, and trap whatever keystrokes print or preview... still
curious, any way to Just Say No to Printing?

Printing is more of a Windows things than Access. Why would you want to
prevent printing anyways? If a person really wanted to print a form, they
could always capture the screen image and print that.

Lots of forms just print really badly. It's not a security thing. A
screen cap would be good actually, I mean compared to how many forms
print. I havn't really tried to intercept printing forms before, and
thought I'd see if there anyone had a scheme for this.

Put a command button on your form "Print". Tie it to a report printing the
data how you want it.

Users will soon accept that forms without "Print" buttons cannot be printed
sucessfully.
