Prevent Plug-Ins ?

Hi,

Can I prevent the plug-in dialog box from even being displayed ? I'm afraid
I might accidentally hit Yes.

I just got one from WhenU.com and that's the worst thing you can have on
your computer, it ruins everything.

block many of these sites from even putting the pop-up on your screen.

Don - Your reply is infromative but the button for Plug ins does not appear when right clicking IE icon on dekstop then Program tab. How can I enable it if it is missing? Likewise, there is not item for Manage Plug ins under the Tolls menu; runnng winxp sp1 with IE 6.02
