Prevent mouse scroll wheel from changing records

I have a form that is in data entry mode + Cycle = Current page. If the user
rolls the scroll wheel on the mouse the form goes to the next empty record.
Is there a way to prevent this behavior?

You can set Allow Additions to NO as long as you do not need to allow the
user to add a new record and/or the Lebans code at
http://www.lebans.com/mousewheelonoff.htm .
