Prevent Executive from modifying own calendar?

We have an executive that is in lack of better terms, a complete idiot. He's
alwasy fouling up appointments that his assitant inputs in his calendar. Is
there a way to give the executive "reviewer" rights to the calendar. That
way, he can't modify the items?

Alas, you cannot prevent people from screwing up their own calendars.
