The previous reply highlight the use of of the Deleted folder from which to
retrieve deleted items. This assumes that they have not be permanently
deleted from Outlook (removed from the Deleted folder). If you have
important items that you need retrieved then we offer a no recovery, no
charge service to assist with the retrieval of deleted mail items. Details

Alternatively, if you need to to stop items from being deleted in the first
instance, then an option would be to trap the Delete button/menu pick under
Outlook Addin control and choose to do something other than delete the item.
This something may be:
o give the user an option to confirm deletion,
o perform task other than deletion
o ask the user to enter a passcode to validate they are entitled to delete
the selected item
o do nothing (ignore the function)
