prevent another user from changing my account type

is there a possibility to prevent an user with administrator's privillege
from changing my account type?
I have 2 users on my PC, both administrators
appreciate help,

No. Take away admin rights from those who can't be trusted with them.
There's no such thing as a limited administrator.

No. There is no way to prevent a user with administrator privileges from doing
anything - the best you can do is make something a bit more difficult.
