Prevent Admins from starting remote processes?

I recently started a new job as a Web Developer for a large organization. I
have gotten to know the network admins, and they are real pranksters. They
often remotely start prank programs on my computer, everything from ejecting
my CD drive from making Clippit show up and say weird stuff to making me
bluescreen and restarting my computer. It's really getting out of hand. Are
there any ways to prevent them or their usernames from starting a process
remotely, or any utilities I can get that could help me out?

It depends on how your network is set up. Since you say you have
sysadmins, you probably have a domain and an IT Dept. and the users are
properly set up with limited privileges. In that case the answer is
"no". The sysadmin is god on the network. Consider ignoring it and it
will eventually go away. If you show that you are bothered by it that
will just make them do it more (typical Mom advice). Otherwise,
complain to your supervisor and/or Human Resources Dept. This is a
social issue, not a technical one.
