Prevent access to computers in a Container

How can you restrict Domain User access to computers within a Container within AD. This Container resides in a Windows 2000 Child Domain. Were trying to prevent Domain Users from getting access to computers within this Container.
 
My apologies, but need to clarify one thing. Is this to prevent users from
"using" (ie; logging onto those machines etc) computers that reside in an
OU, or from "accessing" those objects in the OU via ADUC etc.
If the first, then rights can be set on those machines denying logon etc for
those users, but if second, need to know if they have the adminpak
installed, using aduc, etc to view the computers etc.
