Does anyone have the tool to convert Pretec CF cards(1GB) from
removable to non-removable type? Would you email to me or let me know
where to download?

You should contact your CF manufacturer for this. They can provide the tool that converts CF cards from removable to non-removable.

I knew that. The salesperson I contact said Pretec only ships
non-removable CFs, which are presumably more expensive than regular
ones. Maybe I am missing something but someone here mentioned a while
ago that there is a tool from Pretec which is distributed freely
without signing agreement. I would like to try it on Pretec CFs
available from retailers. BTW: Does it work on both 40X/80X CFs?
