Press F1 and Help Window is Blank (Word, Excel etc)

We have a unusal problem. When pressing F1 in Word, Excel, Power Point our Help Window is blank. No tool bar shows or anything of the such. The Office Assistant appears, but provides no data in the Help Window

Please Help, we have looked at the 1033 Directory permissions, we have uninstalled and reinstalled the Office Product with no Luck.

Hi Rick

I've seen this happen on machines that already had Office 2000 and then
installed Project 2002. The Office 2000 applications lost their Help
screens as you describe.

No promises, but try closing all Office applications except one (eg,
Word). In that application, do Help > Detect and Repair.
