I use Powerpoint 2007 and Vista is my operating system. I have a group of
PowerPoint presentations that have hyperlinks between and among themselves. I
need to burn a CD to give my business partner so he can use this group of
presentations. How do I burn the CD and preserve the hyperlinks (i.e. how do
I create a disk for my business partner where he can hyperlink back and forth
between the presentations on the disk)? Thank you for any and all help.

If you use Package for CD (Office Button | Publish | Package for CD), it
includes linked files by default. If not, then hit the Options button and
opt to include linked files.

Echo S, I apologize for the slow response. Thanks. I did not know about
Package for CD

Glad to hear you found a new feature, Harry. :-)
