Hi I have a Problem with alignments in MS-word. I am preparing my Resume on
my homebox using MS-word 2002. I e-mail it and when I open the same from My
office using word 2003,the alignments get disturbed. Also I would like to have
all the paragraphs and headings perfectly aligned and look tidy. Please give
me any tips in this regard.

The problem is probably related to having different printer drivers on
the two machines -- see
http://www.word.mvps.org/FAQs/Formatting/TextReflow.htm for details.
You can work around this by installing the printer driver for the
final printer on both machines and selecting it as the default printer
while working on this document (there's no need to have the printer
physically attached to the machine, just the software).

Also, anything that isn't positioned at the left margin should be
indented by using tabs or by inserting a table, text box, or frame,
but never by inserting spaces.
