presenter option

I am using a laptop to run powerpoint, and in the setup
options the presenter mode is grayed out and I cannot use
this option, Could anyone help with this problem ?
if so could you e-mail thi info to me please. thanks for
any help.

In order to be able to use the presenter mode, you must have dual
monitors/screens enabled. Are they?

Most recent laptops are hardwired to be able to do dual monitors/screen
presentations, that is they have two video boards, but until you tell
windows to recognize it as such, it will not be able to be activated.

Do you have an external monitor hooked up to the laptop?
That feature will always be grayed out when there's no external monitor
available.
