I'm trying to e-mail some slides with music but every time I e-mail it the
page shows the ribbon and the tool bar. I want not to show this. Help,
please.TIA

Carmen,
You are sending directly from PowerPoint, using the office-button, send,
e-mail?
Then you will always have the ribbon active. You could right click on the
ribbon and choose minimize ribbon. But I guess you would have to do that
every time you sent an e-mail. Basically you are using Outlook, so
PowerPoint shows the Outlook ribbon to allow you to send the file as you
would normally do.

thanks, Luc. It was very helpfull.

Hi Carmen,
Not that helpful I'm afraid, Austin had it nailed though, I completely
misread the question.
