You could use Windows Movie Maker and Microsoft PowerPoint together to
ultimately create a presentation that has video in it. For example, you
could import a video file into Windows Movie Maker, edit the video to
include only the video excerpt you want to show in a slide, and then save
the movie in Windows Movie Maker. You could then insert the saved movie into
a slide in Microsoft PowerPoint.

During your PowerPoint presentation, you can click the video clip in a slide
to begin playing the video.
If you are using Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2003, another tool you might
want to use is Microsoft Producer 2003 for Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2003.
Microsoft Producer 2003, which is an add-in for PowerPoint 2003, lets you
synchronize your PowerPoint slides with audio and video. The resulting
rich-media presentation can then be played back in Internet Explorer. Here's
