Presentation with Word

Hi, I have finished a form (with great help from the Word Group) and now have
to make a presentation for management's approval. I would like to make a
"semi-
tutorial" so I can use it later on to show the users also. I want the fields
on this form to open automatically and have text entered and dropdown fields
selected..... like seeing a video. I myself do not want to do the clicking
and typing of text which will be annoying and time-consuming during a
presentation. Does anyone know how this can be done? Should I use Powerpoint
or can I use Word?
