1. I need to change the presentation title of a presentation (for eg.) on
'Slide 1'.

Should the title be changed: in the File> properties too?
And in the master slide?
or only on the Slide 1?

2. A slide displays a 'picture' of a word document with text which has been
edited. eg. this 'company' to this 'organization'. If I need to reproduce
this document in the slide "after" editing it, do I need to type the text in
a word document & then embed it into the slide?

Thanks.

Only on Slide 1 for the current presentation. If you want the same title on
other presentations, then do it in the Title Master and save it as a
template file. Keeping in mind that you cannot change or add new
placeholders.

Thank you.

Was wondering if you could tip me on the second question (included in this
post): It would be appreciated.

Sorry about that, missed #2 entirely.

All depends on your definition of picture. If the Word document was inserted
using the Insert Object from file and selecting either Microsoft Word
Picture or Microsoft Word Document , then normally all that is required is
to select the picture, right click on it and from the dropdown menu select
Document Object, Edit. Make your changes and your good to go.

If it is an image file of a word document, then you going to have to edit in
word and create a new image to insert into PowerPoint
