Presentation Issue

I don't know if this is the right forum but this is my first time using this
so here goes. For some reason, when viewing the Powerpoint presentation in
the slide show view some of the words truncate together. This doesn't happen
when looking at the presentation in normal view. Basically the letters in
some of the words mesh together and we cannot figure it out.

I wish I could provide a screen shot it would explain it a little better.

Any help is mucho appreciated.

Thanks,

Scott

Can you tell me how to do that?

I've seen this before, and in my case, reapplying the template resolved the

That's a good question. In PPT 2003 and 2002 (aka PPT XP), go to Format |
Slide Design, then click the appropriate template in the taskpane. You might
also try clicking a different template and then clicking the actual template
again.

I tried your recommendation and it came back with the same results. I can
tell you that this issue is not consistent. If I open the .PPT and select
one of the slides with this problem and then run slide show it doesn't
happen. If I run the slide show from slide #1 it shows up. There is
animation in the slides with this problem but removing the animation has no
effect. Being that this issue is not consistent, it makes it harder to
diagnose AND it's not just one PC. I had the slide show sent to me by the
customer it's affecting. I am at a total loss. If you want I can send it to
you so you can take a look at it.

Thx...

Scott

Oh, sure, email it to echos at indy dot net, and I'll take a look.

You're right, though -- since it's random, it's hard to diagnose. What font
does this file use? I know we used to have this issue with one specific
font.
