I don't know if this exists or not but I would like to have a freeware
program that I can burn a short presentation onto a small CD and use it as a
business card. Ideally the presentation would have sound and slide
capability. Thank you in advance.

You can make a stand-alone slide show program from a series of images
using ImageForge...

1- go to its "Tools" menu
2- choose "Create Album or Slide Show"
3- use the + button to add your graphics
4- go to the Viewer tab and assign a name (ending in .exe) for the
program
6- go to the Slideshow tab to choose effects and background sound if
wanted
