I have just purchased a Sony computer which does not
have a floppy disk facility. I wish to transfer my data
from my old computer and am trying to set up a network.
The network setup program on XP says that a network disk
should be run on the slave computer. When I try to make
a network disk the program only points to a floppy (or a
memory stick) which I do not have. Can this be changed
in any way to use a CDR drive? Sony are not in the least
helpfu. XP was pre-;oaded in the computer, a backup XP
disk was not supplied.
