Prefetch Folder

We are in process of migrating to Windows XP Pro and have
encountered the following problems:

1. Cannot package applications using SMS Installer (latest
version) because of the Prefetch folder

2. Disabling the use of the folder via the regisrty causes
the PC to run slow.
 
1. Why. This is hardly an SMS forum and I''ve not used it but why do you care about a file that is made by windows. Prefetch is not something that anyone installs. First time your program is executed windows will make it.
