I installed Outlook 2003 on a Citrix W2K Terminal server and preconifigured user profiles by creating a PRF file. The problem I am having is that I cannot get the PRF file to run when a user account launches Outlook 2003 for the first time in a terminal session. I have followed the documentation provided in the Office 2003 Resource Kit but it does not appear to be working. In the document it mentions using the Custom Installaion Wizard to delete the reg key HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\10.0\Outlook\Setup\First-Run and to modify the key value HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\10.0\Outlook\Setup to ImportPRF \\server\share\outlook.prf. I have done this but I am still not getting the profile to run as desired. I should note that I think there is an error in the documentation since Office 2003 creates the Reg key \Office\11.0 and not \Office\10.0, I have corrected this in my MST file. Has anyone else had this problem with Outlook 2003. Any input would be appreciated.
Thanks
Rick

I've experienced the same thing on a Windows 2003 Terminal server. I
had an install of Office XP running with the
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\10.0\Outlook\Setup\ImportPRF,
but since the move to Office 2003, it quit working. Manually setting
the registry entries also does not seem to work. I've run the PRf
manually, and it works fine.Anyone found a fix or workaround yet?
