Pre_Dial Terminal Window

When I dial to my ISP, for some reason, the pre-dial
terminal screen is presented and you have to press
continue to actually get it to dial. How do I turn this
off? I'm running Windows XP, home addition. I can't find
any prompt or check box that indicates how to turn this
off in the properties of the dial-up definition. Where
else can I look ?
 
never mind, I just deleted the dialup information and
then re-added it and it stoped. still, it is very weird.

1. Right click the dial-up connection.
2. Click Properties.
3. Click "Configure" under the box showing the modem.
4. Un-check "Show terminal window".
