There are many pre-win2k machines on my network. When prompted to change their password the chage pass dialog comes up. When they eneter a new password in and hit enter, a dialog box pops up saying "Cannot change password for this computer: The Domain Controller For This Domain Cannot Be Found". Any help would be appreciated.

You need to give some more info. Is this a new migration from NT to Win2000
domain or was everything working fine, but now there is a problem. If the
Win2000 clients can change passwords then I would assume the Domain
Controller Roll Master Emulators are functioning OK. The thing that I would
check is to make sure that the WINS service is running on a Win2000 server
and its IP configured on the clients. Win2000 clients use Dynamic DNS to
find the Domain Controllers, but NT workstations cannot.
