Pre-populate "My Network Places"

Hello

Is there a way to pre-populate the "My Network Places" folder with shares? I want to distribute shares to specific users and have them appear in their My Network Places before they actually go to the folders. Is this even possible in a W2K AD environment with Group Policy's? I have look extensively into GP and i have found that i can hide the My Network Places but that's it. I was thinking of distributing a logon script that would create them but i was wondering if you people had any ideas on a fast/easier way
