Practice Sessions

I cannot get the practice sessions to work in Microsoft Office Assistance. I
always get an error sign at the bottom of the screen. I have tried
everything that has been suggested to correct it but am having no luck. Do
you lhave any suggestions as to what the problem is?
 
Are you running FP 2003 - required
