Hi there!

I try to nake a autorun CD-ROM and i have a problem with
hyperlinks..
I made an file.ppt . in this file is a hyperlink to file
file.htm ( in the same directory ).
When I open PPView32.exe and open file.ppt , everything is
OK, link working.
But opened from CD-AUTORUN file :

[autorun]
open=ppview32.exe file.ppt

file.ppt is opened, but hyperink does not work!!
(error : the address of this site is not valid. check
address and try again.)

All files are in root directory onto CD-ROM, including
ppview32.exe, file.ppt, file.htm *.dll etc..

What's wrong ?

PPView.exe version 8.0
file.ppt generated in PowerPoint_XP

Have you tried using the new viewer?

There was a large party here (I'm surprised you didn't hear all the noise)
to celebrate its release last week. A few of the folks had a bit too much
to drink, and I'm sure the Xerox will never be the same, but overall was a
great time.

Link to 2003 PowerPoint viewer:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...reetext=powerpoint+2003+viewer&DisplayLang=en
(watch for text wrap)

I'd also check the link for autorun CD's:
http://www.echosvoice.com/autoruncd.htm

Don't know if the solution is in either of these places, but its a good
place to start.

Don't remind me... my head hurts <g>.

Speaking of which ...

I'm missing 3 lamp shades. Now I know the one you had on was returned, did
you see where the others went?

Um... I don't know that Echo has updated her instructions yet. Maybe this
will remind her? Or if she did, maybe I am just not getting there?
