If I play my presentation without using ppt viewer, the mouseovers display
the hints I have written there. If I play the same presentation through ppt
viewere, however, mousevers do not show the hints I have typed, although the
objects are still active hyperlinks.

Is this a limitation of ppt viewer? Or, is there a workaround?

Thanks,

Vic

You can't edit your presentation with powerpoint view.
The PowerPoint Viewer is a small add-in program from Microsoft. It
allows for a PowerPoint presentation to be played on any computer,
even those that do not have PowerPoint installed. It can run as a
separate program on your computer and can be added to the list of
files when you choose to package your presentation to a CD.

I am not editing anything. The flag simply appears when the mouse hovers
over the hyperlink; why doesn't ppt viewer support that?
