PPT2007: Disappearing bullet points

When ever I go into PowerPoint 2007 I've noticed that both the bullets and
numbering lists seem corrupt. Instead of showing the bullet or number system
I just get a line to select, then nothing is put on the screen but the text
is formatted as if the bullet was there. I've checked colours etc and they
are fine. I've even tried a new presentation and still get the same problem.

Anybody else seeing this or know of a quick fix?

Not seeing it here. Have you tried running the diagnostics in Office button
| PPT Options | Resources?

Thanks for the info. I've already tried the diagnostics and it found
nothing. I have re-installed and this resolved the issue, I then re-opened
the offending presentation (2003 version) and the same thing happended. In
fact it seems to be all 2003 presentations.

Ah, in that case, it might be a missing font.

On the Home tab, way over on the right, click the arrow next to Replace and
choose Replace Fonts. Do any of the fonts have a question mark in front of
them?

All of the fonts have the correct TT mark and no question marks. I've
re-installed Office 2007 and this resolved the issue, I then load any 2003
generated presentation and can re-produce the problem.

Try installing one of the "ships in the box with Windows" printer drivers or
one of the certified printer drivers listed here:
http://www.windowsmarketplace.com/category.aspx?bcatid=1044&tabid=1

I'll be very interested to know if this fixes the problem.

What font do the bullet points use?
