I'm using MS PPT 2003 SP2, and a HP 4050 laserjet (B&W) printer.
I've always for years printed everything as...
File > Print > Color/gray: COLOR
so the prints come out right. Otherwise things like "grayscale" cause
unusual things happen...white fonts turn black, no-line boxes get a grey
lnie around them, and so forth.
The problem is, once I set the PPT file to "COLOR", then save it, it has
fallen back to GRAYSCALE next time I open it. It used to never do this,
I've been printing files for year? I haven't installed any new printers or
anything lately.
Is there any way to tell PPT to permanently KEEP the pring setting as
....File > Print > COLOR
Thanks,
George
