Greetings. I moved a PPT show from my home PC to my laptop and the laptop
slides have been reformatted with lines breaking where they did not on my
home pc. Does anyone know why this is happening? Surely it wouldn't be from
different versions of PPT? Also, I cannot find out the version of each PPT
by right-clicking and selecting PROPERTIES. THANK YOU for any suggestions.

We've had this issue when the different pc's have the monitors set to
different resolutions. Try changing the resolution to match that of the
pc the presentation was created on.

Another thing to check: Are the fonts used on the slides on both computers?
If the font you used for the presentation isn't on the home PC, then PPT
will substitute another one. If the spacing is different, you will see this.
