Hi,
PPT 2003 had this functionality of ungrouping tables so that user could
apply animations etc. on cells but PPT 2007 doesn't have this functionality
for ungrouping tables.
I've created a table and now I want to apply animations to certain specific
cells but couldn't find any option to do that.
Please help.

Mdkashif,
Select the table, copy it, paste special as an enhanced metafile then you
will be able to ungroup it if you will.

Try this:

Rightclick the table, choose Copy from the Popup menu
On the Home tab, click the arrowhead beneath PASTE and choose Paste Special
Choose Windows Metafile or Enhanced Metafile as the paste type
OK

Now you can ungroup the pasted version of the table.
