Is it just me - or do others find the shaded toolbars somewhat annoying
(from the standpoint of it addes visual complexity)?

Is there a way to get "flat" toolbars in 2003, like they are in 2002? I
can't seem to find anyway to do this.

Thanks.
Dave

Dave,

I'd imagine that this is a Windows Setting and not a powerpoint setting.
Have a look in your Control Panel display settings at a guess

I sorta like them, but I can understand why it might not be appealing to
everybody.
I don't think you can change it, though .... they don't seem to be related
to any of the windows color scheme settings.

I am not a fan of the new "bubble" look. I spent a full day trying to find a
way to go to the more (in my opinion) clear 2002 look but found nothing in
the way of being able to change it... sorry for the news, time to get used
to the new look.

Sounds like a feature request / suggestion.
