When I try to export notes to Word, using File>Send To> MS Office Word, I
either get a message that PPT cannot find word, and it is not correctly
installed, or that it cannot open a .dot file because the file is already
open.
The "Not correctly installed" bit is typical computer speak for "don't know
what's wrong but it's your fault". Word and PPT have been installed since
2003, and work fine.
The "cannot open dot file" may relate to EndNote, a bibliographic program I
run within Word.
So I have given up trying to get a text version of my notes using File>Send
To> MS Office Word
Presumably I could use PPT Notes View, and copy the notes page by page, or
print all the pages out, but does anyone know of a quicker and more elegant
way to get the text of the notes into a document of some kind?
